He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Darling and Frances Darling (Flasher); his wife Frances Darling (Hoffman); and his son E. Robert Darling. He is survived by: his daughter Marcelle Wood of Mechanicsburg; and his daughter-in-law Durinda Darling. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
