We announce the death of Helen Louise Otto Raudabaugh (Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 25, 2026, at the age of 94. Helen will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lavern A. Otto and Esther Mae Otto (Hartman); and her son-in-law Rich Campbell. She is survived by: her children, Debra Jean Deiter (Glenn), James A. Stouffer (Kacy), Carrie M. Campbell, Susan K. Bolling (Bob) and Daniel L. Stouffer. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
