He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Starr and Mary L. Starr. He is survived by: his nieces, Cherrie DeRentis (Rocco) of Chesapeake, VA and Mari Mann (Rod) of Knotts. He is also survived by great-nephew, a great-niece, two great-great-nieces, and several cousins.
