He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel W. Libhart and Mary Libhart (Troup). He is survived by: his children, Erica A. Libhart of Bunker Hill, WV and Jason W. Libhart of Mechanicsburg; and his sister Mary Ann Beard (Daniel) of Harrisburg.
