With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathy E. Hunter of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 9, 2026 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William H., II and Kathryn V. Hunter (David); her children, Machelle Schraeder (Doug) of Mechanicsburg, David Michael Yingling (Diane) of Boalsburg and Jennifer K. Lynn of Mechanicsburg; her grandchildren, Meghan Schraeder, Daniel Schraeder and Anne Yingling; her brother William H. Hunter, III (Marsha); her nephews, Adam Hunter and Matthew Hunter; and her niece Sara Hunter.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests planting trees, flowering shrubs, or a garden and think of her.
