He is survived by: his daughter Dianne Shuey (John); his grandchildren, Janna Hahn (Damien) and Bryan Shuey (Erin); and his great grandchildren, Bryce Shuey, Dylan Shuey and Mechancisburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Viewing was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hoffman Funeral & Cremation, Ltd. (2020 W Trindle Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hoffman Funeral & Cremation (2020 W Trindle Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013). A burial was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Westminster Cemetery (1159 Newville Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013).
