He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Albert and Eleanor Rose Noe (Rapp); his wife Carol Barber (Borrup) of Mechanicsburg; his sister Janet Noe of Mount Joy; his stepchildren, Sherry Barber Goodrum of Columbus, GA and Scott Barber (Laura) of Camp Hill; his stepgrandchildren, Lauren Goodrum and Liam Barber; and his siblings-in-law, Beth, Forrest Goodwin of Summerfield, FL and Corrine Borrup of Newington, CT..
