He is survived by: his wife Carol Johnson (Kenworthy); his daughter Jennifer Pyryt; his stepsons, H. Brad Kivlan, IV (Nicole) and Robert J. Kivlan; and his grandchildren, Josie Pyryt, Dondre, Kennedy and Kaitlyn Kivlan.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 5th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Meeting House – Carlisle Campus (1155 Walnut Bottom Rd, Carlisle, PA 17015). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Amedisys Hospice Care, 2708 Commerce Drive, Suite 300, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17110, or to The Meeting House – Carlisle Campus, 1155 Walnut Bottom Road, Carlisle, PA 17015.
