She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Garretson and Eva Garretson (Taylor); her husband C. Ross Kell; and her siblings, Bruce, Galen, Paul, Raymond, Marlin Garretson, Marian King and Freda Smiley.
She is survived by: her children, Larry W. Kell (Barbara) of Carlisle and Deborah L. Hare (Robin) of Mechanicsburg; and her grandchildren, Andrea Martin and Brian Albert. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
