Richard Leroy Stevens Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Leroy Stevens of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 23, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert D. Stevens and Nora M. Stevens (Van Meter); and his brother Roger Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Martha E. Stevens (Petcavage); his daughter Michelle L. Stevens of Dillsburg; his stepchildren, William Dailey, Jr. (Denise) and Thelma Dailey; his siblings, Charles Stevens (Linda) of Keyser, WV and Vickie D. Stoltz of Stevens; his niece Jennifer; his grandchildren, Kaden Watts, Kerry Watts, Rhianna Hoffman, Emily Wilson, Jacob Hoffman, William Dailey, III, Kaylah Dailey, Jessica Dailey, Haley Beers and Kylie Stevens; and his great grandchild Shane M. R. Stevens of Mechanicsburg.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cocklin Funeral Home, Inc. (30 N Chestnut St, Dillsburg, PA 17019). A memorial service was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
