He was predeceased by : his father Robert E. Baker. He is survived by : his wife Anne (Chamberlain); his siblings, Kenneth, David, Scott, Kathleen (Kolb) and Becky (Boyer); his children, Sarah and Mac; his daughter-in-law Sarah (Polasky); and his grandchildren, Blaise, Thatcher and Agnes.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
