He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Steps and Helen Steps (Niemeier). He is survived by: his wife Jill Steps (Bredeman); his children, Rebecca, Aaron and Jessica (Joel); his siblings, Martha Frank, Gary Steps and Steven Steps (Diana); and his grandchildren, Rosie, Claire, Miles, Lucas, Gareth and Anders (family: Amanda, Zach, Abby).
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Otterbein United Methodist Church (647 Forge Rd, Carlisle, PA 17015).
