He was predeceased by: his parents, David T. Pipher and Geraldine Pipher (Geiling); and his sister JoAnn Bentzel. He is survived by: his wife Joan M. Pipher (Keefer); his daughters, Kimberly Lynn Martin (Robert) of Mechanicsburg, Lisa Jo Barrios (Hugo) of Snellville, GA and Kristy Ann Pipher Richmond (Charles) of Mechanicsburg; and his sister Linda Hoke. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
