She was predeceased by: her father Lester Paul Spitler; her son Samuel Miles Fullerton; and her sister Gladys Schoener. She is survived by: her husband Samuel "Mike" Michael Fullerton; her children, Theodore "Ted" Fullerton (Christina) of Wellsville, Andrew "Andy" Fullerton (Jennifer) of Camp Hill and Geneva "Gen" Gause of New Cumberland; her grandson Zachary Gause (Maggie Lucas); her children, Dana Valentine (Garrett), Matthew Fullerton, Bella Fullerton, Alex Fullerton and Jackson Fullerton; her great grandchildren, Lucy and Fred Valentine; her brothers, Lester "Junior" Spitler of Pringle, SD, Thomas "Tommy" Spitler (Pat) of Schaefferstown and Timothy "Timmy" Spitler (Lora) of Schaefferstown; and her pet Holly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
