He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Samuel Samuelsen, Sr. and Alice Sylvia Andersen; his godfather Lenny; Harvey, Lefty, Dick, Alice, Eleanor, Olaf (Ole) and Margaret Ann Karris.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Terlikosky; his children, Thomas Joseph Samuelsen (Stuart Harvey) and Christine Marie Brickman (Marc); his sister Karen Justine DeRosa (John); his grandchildren, Carter Jyle Brickman and Taylor Skye Brickman; his pets, Higgins, Sadie, Watson, Charlie, Baxter, Merc, Radar and Happy; Mary Ann Montesano (Joe), Jo Ann Cruz (Frank), Helen Ann Luciano, Teresa Ann Terlikosky and Joseph Terlikosky (Denise). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
