He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin and Alice; and his sister Patricia Carr (Harry). He is survived by: his stepdaughter Jennifer Berd; and his siblings, Peter (Lynn) and Mary Taylor (Lloyd). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
