We announce the death of Caryl McDonnell of Media, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 23, 2026, at the age of 80. Caryl will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Isabelle and Bob McGrody (Robert); her brother Jim; and her husband Randall McDonnell. She is survived by: her sister Sue Nitz (Steve); her children, Randall Jr. (Brooke), Elizabeth and Anne (Omoz); her grandchildren, Ethan, Caroline and Brandon; and her pets, Randall III and Penny.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church (2400 N Providence Rd, Media, PA 19063). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
