She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Irving "Bud" Simmons; her parents, Thomas F. and Raymonde Mooney; and her children, Mimi Limbach (George) of Drexel Hill, Peter Simmons (Melanie) of Hampden, MA, Suzanne Murphy (Skip) of Havertown, PA, Karen Leinhauser (Dan) of Narberth, PA and Judy DePlato (Claude) of Havertown, PA.. She was also cherished by 25 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
Cecile was most recently a resident of Riddle Village in Media, until she moved to be with her daughter, Karen, during Covid and where she remained until the end of her life.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Dementia Society of America.
