He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bates Hibbs and Dorothy Mae Hibbs (McQuilton); his wife Gretchen K. Hibbs; and his brother John Richard Hibbs. He is survived by: his children, Margaret E. White (Nichols), William D. Nichols Sr., Pamela J. Nichols and Steven N. White; and his grandchildren, Meghan E. White, William D. Nichols Jr., Jack R. Nichols and Bridget J. Nichols.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Granite Farms Estates (1343 W Baltimore Pike, Media, PA 19063). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
