She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Freer and Marietta Hoguet; her husband Donald A. Mills; her son David Mills; her grandson Brandon Mills; and her daughter-in-law Carol Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Mills, Donna Stoner, Douglas Mills (Peggy), Derryl Mills (Linda), Dale Mills (Tina), Deborah Gargani (John), Darlene Bailey (Mike) and Darren Mills (Susanne). She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pagano Funeral Home (3711 Foulk Rd, Garnet Valley, PA 19060). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Mt. Hope Cemetery (4010 Concord Rd, Aston, PA 19014).
Donations in Dorothea's memory may be made to the American Kidney Association.
