He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. and Dorothy Burke, Sr. (Masteller); his wives, Dorothea B. Couter Burke and Erika Grabher Burke (Strauss); and his brother Robert W. Burke.
He is survived by: his sons, Dennis S. Burke (Darlene) and William Burke (Shannon); his siblings, James T. Burke (Eileen), Sheri L. Dunbar (Sam) and Geri L. Burke (Brad); his sister-in-law Cindy Burke; his grandchildren, Jaclyn Camacho (Jose), Tara Kelly (Steven), Alyssa Goldhahn (Bill), Ryan Burke, William Burke (Jessica), Lauren Burke and Lindsay Burke; and his great grandchildren, Layla, Noah, Aubrey, Maeve and Avery. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
