He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward S. Bailey Sr. and Adele Bailey. He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha Banihani and Mackenzie Bailey; his stepdaughter Merideth McNally; his grandchildren, Ileana, Noura, Emilio and Leo; and his siblings, Steve Bailey and Susan Bailey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
