He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Capkovic and Mary Capkovic (Zavis); his wife Elizabeth K. Capkovic (Betty); and his brother Alfred Capkovic. He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy O'Brien (Thomas) and Mary Lou Kendus (S. Clark); his grandchildren, Kevin O'Brien (Jessica), Megan Caudell (Kevin), Nicholas Kendus (Karen) and Alexis Hannis (Austen); his great grandchildren, MacKenzie Caudell, Cullen Caudell, Kait O'Brien, Keegan O'Brien, Regan Hannis, Hadley Hannis, Nathaniel Kendus and Alexander Kendus; and his nephews, Gary Capkovic, Robert Krewson, David Krewson and Stephen Krewson.
