She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry Walls and Wanda Walls; her husband Jim Kelly; her daughters, Kimberly (James) and Frances; her grandchildren, Gianna and Jake DiFelice; and her children-in-law, Tommy DiFelice and Shirley Viteri.
In honor of Franni and her deep love for Rose Tree Elementary, the family kindly asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to The Mrs. Kelly Foundation, which will support lunch funds for Rose Tree Media Elementary School District students.
