He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis B. Woods and Therese M. Woods; and his siblings, Stephen J. Woods, Michael J. Woods and Patricia M. Bechtle.
He is survived by: his siblings, Daniel J. Woods, Mary E. Woods, Therese M. Hopson (Tom), Andrew P. Woods, Bernadette M. Dunning (Dennis), Thomas A. Woods (late Karen) and Christina M. Mahoney. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
