He was predeceased by: his father James William. He is survived by: his mother Janet A. Ross (Austin) of Lewes, DE; and his siblings, Janis Yskamp (Wayne) of Mansfield, PA, Jeffrey Ross (Sheila) of Lewes, DE and Jonathan Ross (Julie) of Douglasville, PA. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews, great-neices, great nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his name to Christ Church or Shriner's Hospital for Children in Jim's name.
