She was predeceased by: her parents, W. George Wiggins and Elsie Wiggins. She is survived by: her children, Doug (Jennifer Meneeley) and Cindy Brown; her grandchildren, Abby, Erin and Chloe; and her sister Gail Fowler. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Elwyn Foundation at 111 Elwyn Road, Elwyn, Pennsylvania 19063.
