She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl W. Houtz and Margaret L. Houtz; her husband Thomas W. Belk, Jr.; her daughter Catherine L. Belk; her granddaughter Christina L. Booth; her great grandchild Gianna Morgan; and her brothers, William, Kenneth, Richard, Donald, Jack, David, Aldin, James, Charles, Robert and Harold Houtz.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas W. Belk III (Jeanne), Barbara May Cekine (Thomas) and Judith Ann Belk; her grandchildren, William A. Booth, III, Thomas A. Belk IV and Leah Kreston; and her great grandchildren, Isabella Morgan, Anthony Morgan, Joseph Morgan, Nolan Kreston and Thomas "Pen" Belk V.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the PA Masonic Youth Foundation 1 Masonic Dr. Elizabethtown, PA 17022 would be.
