He was predeceased by: his parents, Atlee Scott and Mildred Scott (Hughes). He is survived by: his wife Monica Scott (Chase); his children, Deborah Southard (Shawn), Jeffrey Scott (Jennie), Stephanie Scott and Thomas Rzepnicki (Tracy); his grandchildren, Joshua, Sabrina, Cheyenne, Gavin, Mila and T. J.; and his mother-in-law Ebe Chase. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
