He was predeceased by: his father John W. Bartlett, II. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Wenzler (Decker); his wife Janny Bartlett (Cha); his children, John Bartlett IV (Jay), Elsie Bartlett and Trey Hill; and his siblings, Joey Wenzler (Jess), Kathleen Thompson (Dan) and Hilary Bartlett. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews, along with many wonderful cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Jay and Elsie Bartlett Scholarship Fund.
