He was predeceased by : his parents, John Culloty and Clare Culloty; his wife Mary Garrity; and his siblings, Ellen and William.

He is survived by : his sons, Sean (Elaine), Kevin, Brian (Cheryl), Michael (Angela) and Patrick; and his sister Margaret Ann Denise. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
