He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Mary Cahill; his son Patrick Cahill (Kerry); his granddaughter Alexa Cahill; his daughter Kathleen Cahill; his brother James T. Cahill; his niece Lauren Cahill; and his brother-in-law Brother Jerome Cox (Lasalle University).
