She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Guzas and Eva Guzas. She is survived by: her husband Mikolaj Lubun; her children, Sophie Haas (Gary) and Walter Lubun; and her grandchildren, Allison Mytro (Jonah) and Bryan Haas (Samatha). She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Lydia's memory be made to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church.
