He is survived by: his parents, Jim Kilpatrick and Beverly "Bicky" Kilpatrick; his sons, Stephen and Ryan Jr.; and his sisters, Amy Amberg, Kara Kelly and Katie Kilpatrick.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Rigby Harting & Hagan Funeral Home (15 E 4th St, Media, PA 19063). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
