He was predeceased by: his brother John C. Williams; his daughter-in-law Susan Thomas Williams; and his parents, Herbert Williams and Harriet Williams. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Williams; his children, Laura Gifford (Kenneth), Thomas Stokes Williams Jr. and Elizabeth Crayton (Mark); his grandchildren, David Gifford, Lisa Coulter (Matthew), Melissa Rogers (Andrew), Philip Crayton (Agata), Stephanie Williams (Charles Mordaunt), Kathryn Bonin (Kenneth) and Sarah Monaco (Matthew); his great grandchildren, Chase, Nadia, Seth, Elizabeth and Amelia; and his brother Herbert R. Williams Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
