He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fulmer and Margaret Fulmer (Callahan); his former wife Jean; and his wife Marion. He is survived by: his son William Fulmer, Jr. (Roseanne); his grandchildren, Brendan (Caroline), Ryan, Kevin (Tiff), Sean and Colin; and his great grandchild Rosemary.
