We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2022, at the age of 83, William J. Hart D. O. Jr. of Media, Pennsylvania, born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hart and Juliana Hart (Moran). He is survived by: his children, Joanne Ott (John) of Media, William J. Hart III (Dawn) of Secane, Patrick Hart (Claudine) of Cochranville, Michele Kania (Matt) of Chadds Ford and Kelly Hart (Nicholas Manuele) of Alberton, Montana; his grandchildren, William J. Hart IV, Zachary Hart, Thomas Hart, Serena Hart, Lauren Keech, Caroline Keech, Erin Keech, Juliana Hart and Grace Hart; and his friend Sonja Lengel.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his memory to the Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Foundation or to the Mid Atlantic Jack Rescue.
