He is survived by: his daughters, Kayla Bailey and Kara Eves; his grandchild Reya Bailey; his siblings, Tonya Billingsley (Robert) and Peter Eves; his niece Kaitlyn Billingsley; and his nephew Austin Billingsley.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cunningham Funeral Home, Inc. (144 S Pitt St, Mercer, PA 16137).
