He was predeceased by: his mother Betsy A. Nanz (Hainley); and his grandparents, Marcella Nanz (Wolfram) and Edward K. Nanz Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Giles (Ron); his granddaughter Charlotte of Transfer; his friend Debbie Hennegan; his siblings, Danielle Park (Wayne) of Sharpsville and Alan Nanz (Lee Mix) of Girard; his niece Joleen Redmond (Cody Haynes) of Mercer; his nephews, Christopher Boughner (Brooke) of Mercer and Jeffery Park (Rachel) of Fredonia; and his pet Squeak.
In one final act of kindness Greg gave the gift of life through organ and tissue donation. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations can be made to C.O.R.E or Angels for Animals.
