He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas DeJulia and Connie DeJulia (Baggiossi); his wife Sandra F. Means; his son William "Bill" DeJulia; his son-in-law John Doughton; and his sister Patricia DeJulia.
He is survived by: his children, Annette Kathryn Doughton, Thomas A. DeJulia (Kimberly Gaines) of Seward, AK and Raymond DeJulia of New Castle; his girlfriend Sandi Mowry of Mercer; and his brother Bob DeJulia (Cathy). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
