She was predeceased by: her husband Leo G. Smith, Jr.; her parent Frances Watt; and her stepfather Hershal Watt. She is survived by: her children, Tina Fout (Shaun Blike) of Cochranton, Shawn Smith (Leslie Springer) of Greenville and Lester Smith of Greenville; her brother Virgil Eells (Debbie) of Conneaut Lake; her granddaughters, Samantha Patterson (Shawn), LeAnne Sayles (Joshua Himes) and Sierra Sayles (Andrew Yaksich); and her great grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Karsyn, McKenzie, Brixton and Emma.

Memorial Contributions to assist with funeral costs may be made to the family.
