She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Stains and Dororthy Umbrell Stains; her husband Ira B. "Jim" Bain; her daughter Trudy Cline; and her granddaughter Christy Ann Shaffer.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah Skinner (Kerby), Theresa Beck, Gregory Bain (Shirley) and Dianna Kruszewski (Max). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grand, and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fries Funeral Home Inc. (47 N Park Ave, Mercersburg, PA 17236). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
