He is survived by: his children, Christy Moore (Andy Moore), Levi Starliper (Amanda Johnson), Betsy Starliper (Todd Beatty) and Josh Starliper (Hailey Bivens); his grandchildren, Sam, Keller, Ellie Moore, Dennis Johnson, Skyley Beatty, Makenna, Jacob, Carter Starliper, Easton Blevins and Cordelia Starliper; and his siblings, Patricia Smith (Brian), Penny Mowen (Danny), Walter Jr. Starliper (Tina Whitsel) and Kevin Starliper.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fries Funeral Home Inc. (47 N Park Ave, Mercersburg, PA 17236).
