He is survived by: his parents, John E. Burkholder and Marie F. Burkholder (Diller) of Waynesboro; his wife Esther J. Burkholder (Miller); his children, Kristin J. Eby of Chambersburg, PA, Levon J. Burkholder of Jeffersonville, OH, Lorin J. Burkholder, Cleason J. Burkholder and Clair E. Burkholder; and his siblings, Mahlon J. Burkholder of Chambersburg, PA, Joylin Lehman of Keedysville, MD, Jason Burkholder of Waynesboro, Evelyn Burkholder of Waynesboro, Eldon Burkholder of Waynesboro, Lelin Burkholder of Waynesboro, Luellen Burkholder of Hagerstown and Carolyn Burkholder of Waynesboro.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Millers Mennonite Church (20841 Millers Church Rd, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Family Home (3149 Fort Loudon Rd, Mercersburg, PA 17236).
