She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther J. Stine and Susan Stine (Keefer); her husband Michael H. Cook; her son Michael J. Cook; and her siblings, Allen, Emory, Russell, Ross Stine and Felissa Brandt.
She is survived by: her daughter Maretta J. Hege (William); her grandsons, Michael L. Cook (Malinda) and Mark A. Cook (Jacki) of Doylesburg, PA.; and her great grandchildren, Chloe, Avery, Wade and Reese Cook.
