He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth William and Ruth Alfretta Greene Miller; his wife Jo Anne Price Miller; his son Toby Lynn Miller; and his siblings, Alice Kaye Nickolas and Thomas Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Michael S. Miller (Paula) of Denton, MD, Rodger C. Miller of St. Thomas, PA and Kimberly Jo McCray (Gary) of Mercersburg, PA; and his sister Donna Jean Miller. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (50 Ragged Edge Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17202). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
