He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emily Dougherty and Thomas Dougherty; his wife Mary; his children, Jane (Gary Lake), Clare, Gillian and Kathryn (Mark Hanson); and his grandchildren, Brennan, Maura, Colin, Cameron, Declan, Keira, Luke, Thomas and Nova.
