She is survived by: her mother Charlotte Louise Williams Wiggins of Elmira, NY; her husband Franklin Hunter; her children, Carl Hunter (Christine Verret) of Selinsgrove, PA, Raymond Hunter of Meshoppen, PA and Heidi Benscoter (Bryan) of West Auburn, PA; her grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Emily Hunter, Leah and Hunter Benscoter; her siblings, Bryan Wiggins (Victoria) of Tioga Center, NY, Doug Swarts of Candor, NY, Phillip Swarts (Dorothy) of Candor, NY, Linda Kolmel (George) of Richford, NY, Connie Kelley of Glen Aubrey, NY and Lori Perkins (Donald) of Johnson City, NY; her uncle Tom L. Wiggins of Ocala, FL; Donna Manning of Vestal, NY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
