She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Smith, and Mabel Smith, Sr. (Dively); her husband Donald Gallagher, Sr.; and her siblings, Harry, Jr., Herbert, James, Carl, Billy, John, Robert Smith, Ruth Hutzel and Ethel Donges.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Arnold (Norman), Donna Seifert (Stephen) and Donald Gallagher, Jr. (Amy Kelly); her grandchildren, Doug Arnold (Cassie), Joshua Arnold (Kayla Faidley), Christopher Arnold (Terra Knopsnyder), Jonathan Seifert, Cassie Kelly Ennis and Ashton Kelly; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Easton, Olivia, Lincoln, Tatum, Mya, Parker, Gavin, Ryder and Ava Arnold; and her siblings, Hazel "Kate" Tomlinson, Dorothy Leister, Nancy Miller, Kenneth Smith (Marian) and Thomas Smith (Sharon).
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Mt. Olivet Country Church (178 Cook Rd, Fairhope, PA 15538). A reception was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
