He is survived by: his wife Theresa Shuck; his grandchildren, John, Jr., Samantha (Steve), Nicole (Nick), Joe (Kasi), Mary (Doug), Louis (Amanda) and Billie Jo; and his great grandchildren, Alonzo, Zaniyah and Octayvia.
